Who creates the content

Pages are written and maintained by the Real Resume Builder team. Product documentation is checked against the current application behavior and automated regression tests. General resume guidance is written to help users make informed decisions, not to replace an employer's instructions or the judgment of a qualified career adviser.

How claims are supported

Claims about the builder, PDF export, privacy architecture, template count, and ATS Readiness Score must match the current product. Where a claim depends on an automated test, we publish the scope and limits in the template testing report.

“ATS-friendly” describes design choices intended to reduce common extraction risks. It is not an ATS-vendor certification, a universal pass, or a promise of ranking, interviews, or employment.

Examples and rewrites

Resume bullets, summaries, and rewrites are illustrative unless a page clearly identifies a documented source. Users should replace names, facts, tools, metrics, and outcomes with information they can verify. We do not recommend inventing numbers, experience, qualifications, endorsements, or references.

What we do not publish

• Fake testimonials, ratings, usage totals, hiring outcomes, or partner logos.
• Unsupported claims that the tool reproduces a specific employer's private ATS.
• Hidden keyword text, fabricated backlinks, or pages created only to manipulate search rankings.
• Paid rankings presented as independent recommendations.

Reviews and updates

Material product pages and methodology pages display or carry a last-modified date. We review them when functionality, scoring behavior, templates, privacy practices, or cited guidance changes. A date change should correspond to a substantive review or update, not a cosmetic attempt to appear fresh.

Corrections

If you find a factual error, broken link, misleading claim, or a mismatch between a preview and an exported PDF, send the page URL and details through the contact page. We investigate reproducible product problems and correct material content errors rather than silently defending an inaccurate claim.
